"PHENOMENAL! Jim and his team managed 10 of my properties for 6 years (I live out of state). Jim took over after I fired my previous manager (they had done a terrible job and were up to some shenanigans). So when Jim took over management the places were in bad shape, leases were a mess and it was all pretty much a shambles. I was living in Asia at the time and did a bunch of research online but wasn’t really sure what my options were.

Jim took on a very difficult task and very quickly put things right, straightening out the leases, security deposits and performing an exhaustive audit and inspection of all the properties.

Jim assisted us with information as to how to stage the house for sale as well as how to price it for market conditions in the area. We were expecting a long and arduous process but our house sold quickly. As with many transactions ours was not without its challenges. When these challenges came up, Jim put in many hours of extra help to prevent these things from getting in the way of the sale and closing. There were many instances where Jim put in time on things that were not necessarily his responsibility in order to keep the sale moving in the right direction.

"While this letter may be lacking, the work that Jim Cacioppo and his associates did in order to sell my house prior to foreclosure was not. In January of 2001, I, like many others, was laid off my job. It took me about a year to finally land another position with another company. Due to the lay off, being a single homeowner, and long period of unemployment, again like so many others, I found myself going through the process of foreclosure with my mortgage company. Working with my mortgage company was truly a pain.
