  1. Efficient and friendly management of any maintenance issues, and work done right the first time around. As a resident, there are some maintenance tasks you’ll be responsible for, but we’ll take care of everything else using our In-House Maintenance Company and trusted vendors.
  2. You will have 24/7 access through our portal to all of your lease documents, any association information, and other important rental documents. You’ll never have to worry about losing the copy of your lease or have to wonder if you’re violating the rules of the HOA. The portal also offers the option to pay your rent online and it’s quick and easy to submit Maintenance Requests. You can track the progress of your requests and easily see when contractors are scheduled.
  3. Grand Realty Group offers you a team dedicated to making your renting experience hassle-free and maintaining a strong working relationship with each of our residents
  4. We don’t just do Property Management! If at the end of your lease with us, you decide you’d like to purchase a home instead of continuing to rent, let us know… we want to be your go-to!
  5. We Offer A Resident Benefits Package (RBP) that delivers savings and convenient, professional services that make taking care of your home second nature for an additional cost of $40.95/month, payable with rent. If you choose to carry Renter’s Insurance through a different insurance company, the monthly charge would be $30 for the remainder of the package benefits. You will still be required to carry a policy with an A-rated carrier with equal or more coverage throughout the duration of your lease and provide proof with each policy renewal.

Your RBP may include, subject to property mechanicals or other limitations:

  • Renter’s Insurance that meets all lease requirements from an A-rated carrier
  • HVAC air filter delivery directly to your door approximately every 90 days, if applicable
  • Move-in concierge service: one call set up your utility services, cable, and internet services (min 72 hour notice)
  • A Resident Rewards Program that helps you earn rewards for paying your rent on time
  • Credit building to help boost your credit score with timely rent payments
  • $1M Identity Protection for all adult leaseholders
  • Home buying assistance for when the time is right to buy your “forever” home
  • Online Resident Portal: Access to your account, documents, communication, payment options and 24/7 maintenance reporting
  • In-House Maintenance Team that will address most repairs
  • Vetted Vendor Network for any repairs or maintenance outside of our scope of expertise. We will only use reputable vendors that are vetted, licensed and insured

Note: The total monthly cost of the Resident Benefits Package is all-inclusive, and no discounts will be given if any element of the package is unavailable due to a lack of HVAC or another limitation at a specific property. This fee cannot be prorated based on move-in or move-out date.
