Jim, We would like to take this opportunity to thank you, Dawn and Tammy for managing the home over 6 years and for selling it. You first found a good couple as tenants and then found a good person as buyer. We are very happy that our first home that we built from ground up continues to be in the hands of good people. That home will always occupy a soft corner in our hearts as we laid the foundation of our life there and welcome our first two kids there. So, thank you very much for you assistance maintaining it well these past years.

When I moved out of state and couldn’t sell my house in Illinois, I was forced to work remotely with tenants in the house.
