When I moved out of state and couldn’t sell my house in Illinois, I was forced to work remotely with tenants in the house. Jim Cacioppo from Grand Realty recently sold our house on Long Lake in Ingleside. Jim did an above and beyond job from start to finish.
Jim assisted us with information as to how to stage the house for sale as well as how to price it for market conditions in the area. We were expecting a long and arduous process but our house sold quickly.
As with many transactions ours was not without it’s challenges. When these challenges came up, Jim put in many hours of extra help to prevent these things from getting in the way of the sale and closing.
